Paper Format

Paper abstracts, trans-disciplinary dialogue forum proposals, full papers, and extended abstracts should be submitted in an A4 Word document. The text should primarily be in Times New Roman (新細明體for Chinese text) and meet the following format specifications. Papers that do not meet requirements will not be reviewed.

1. Paper Abstract
Abstracts must include the title, author(s), affiliated institution(s), email, abstract, and keyword(s). The content should cover the research question, purpose of study, method, and results in 400-800 words. Keywords are limited to 5.

2. Trans-disciplinary Dialogue Forum Proposal
Proposals may be in either English or Chinese. They must include the origins of the proposal, a list of team members, a brief introduction of the presentation topic, the language to be used, and a rundown of the forum structure.

3. Full Paper
 (1) Font and size
The title should be in bold, size 18 font, chapter headings in bold, 16 font, the author(s) name(s) in size 14 font and article content in size 12 font. Figures, the abstract, and references should be size 10 font.

(2) Paragraphs
Every paragraph should begin with a 5-space indentation and use 1.5 spacing.

(3) APA style
Literature, figures, and tables should conform to the APA style.

(4) Word limit
English text should not exceed 5,000-8,000 words (including figure explanations, references, abstracts, etc.) and Chinese no more than 10,000.

4. Extended Abstract
(1) Font and size
The title should be in bold, size 18 font, the author(s) name(s) in size 14 font and article content in size 12 font.

(2) Paragraphs
Every paragraph should begin with a 5-space indentation and use 1.5 spacing.

(3) APA style
Literature, figures, and tables should conform to the APA style.

(4) Word limit
English text should around 1,200 words, and limited to 3 pages.
